These terms define acceptable use for Dhriyo's hosted Instagram comment-to-DM campaign service.

Platform Compliance
You agree to follow Meta Platform Terms, Instagram policies, applicable messaging rules, privacy laws, advertising rules, and anti-spam laws. Dhriyo may rate-limit, pause, or disable campaigns that create compliance, abuse, security, or deliverability risk.
Availability
Dhriyo depends on third-party platforms including Meta, email, hosting, database, and queue providers. We work to operate the service reliably, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Plans And Billing
The service has a free plan and paid monthly plans billed in INR. Each plan sets limits on DMs, connected accounts, and team members. Features and limits may change with notice. Prices exclude GST, which is added at checkout. Cancellations and refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
