Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed in INR through Razorpay. Each payment covers one month of service and renews automatically until you cancel.

Free trial

New accounts get a 14-day Pro trial. No card is needed for the trial, so it never charges you. When it ends, the workspace moves to the Free plan unless you choose a paid plan.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from Settings, under Billing. After you cancel, you keep your paid plan until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again.

Refunds

We do not give refunds for partly used months or for unused DMs. If you cancel mid-month, your plan simply stays active until the period ends.

If you were charged twice for the same period, or charged for a payment that failed, we refund the extra amount to your original payment method within 7 working days of confirming it. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Prices and GST

Prices on our website do not include GST. GST is added at checkout and shown on your invoice.

Delivery

Dhriyo is an online software service. Nothing is shipped. Your plan is active in your account as soon as the payment goes through.
