Chatfuel alternative
A lean Chatfuel alternative for Instagram comment-to-DM
Chatfuel is a full chatbot suite. If you just need Instagram keyword comments → private replies with tracking and logs, Dhriyo is the focused alternative.
Official Meta API · Live in 3 minutes · Plans from ₹0
What you get
- Instagram-first: no general bot builder, just campaigns that convert comments to DMs.
- Official Meta private replies — no browser automation, no password sharing.
- Full DM logs (sent / skipped / failed / rate-limited) with reasons.
- Tracked links, CTR, and shareable reports for clients or teammates.
Reliable delivery
Queued delivery, deduplication, rate-limit awareness, and webhook + polling reconciliation so spikes don't drop comments.
Safe by design
Encrypted tokens, official Meta API only, and a full log of every send, skip, and failure.

Questions, answered clearly.
Should I replace Chatfuel entirely?
If Instagram comment-to-DM is your core loop, Dhriyo replaces that slice cleanly. Keep Chatfuel if you need full Messenger/WhatsApp bot journeys across channels.
Is this compliant with Meta?
Yes. Replies use the official Graph API private replies endpoint keyed by comment ID, with token refresh and rate handling.
