Privacy Policy
Dhriyo helps businesses send Meta-compliant private replies when people comment on their Instagram posts or reels. This page explains what data we keep, why, and what you can do about it.
Who We Are
Dhriyo is run by Dhriaan Digital Dynamics (Proprietor: Nikita), Ground floor, B 1004/10F, Apex Golf Avenue, Sector 1, Sports City, Greater Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh 201306, India. We are the data fiduciary for account data, and we process your followers' data on your behalf to run your campaigns. Questions: [email protected].
Data We Collect
Account: your email address and name, used to sign you in. Workspace: workspace name, members, plan and usage.
Instagram: the IDs and usernames of the Instagram accounts you connect, and their access tokens, which we encrypt before storing. We never ask for your Instagram password.
Insights: your connected account's follower count and daily follower change, and per-post metrics (reach, views, saves, shares, interactions), used only to show your own Overview and reports.
Campaigns: your campaign settings (keywords, messages, links), the comments needed to run a campaign, DMs people send to your account when you use inbox automations, webhook payloads from Meta, DM delivery logs, link clicks, and the leads (such as email addresses) that people share with you through a campaign.
Billing: Razorpay subscription and payment IDs, plan and payment status. Razorpay handles card and UPI details; we never see or store them.
Operations: error reports and diagnostics needed to keep the service working.
How We Use Data
We use this data to sign you in, connect your Instagram accounts, match comment keywords, send private replies through Meta's official API, avoid duplicate messages, show you reports, bill you, fix problems, and protect the service from abuse. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Instagram And Meta Data
Dhriyo does not scrape Instagram or use browser automation. Instagram tokens are encrypted at rest and used only for the actions the connected account has authorized.
Service Providers
We share data only with providers that help us run the service:
- Meta (Instagram API) to receive comments and send messages.
- Razorpay to take payments and manage subscriptions.
- Resend to send sign-in and account emails.
- Sentry to report errors.
- Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.
- The AI provider you connect yourself (for example OpenAI, Google or Anthropic), only if you turn on AI replies: incoming DMs and your knowledge text go to that provider with your own key.
- Hostinger, which runs the virtual private server (VPS) that hosts our app, database and queue.
Retention
We keep account, workspace and campaign data while your account is active. Raw webhook payloads from Meta are deleted after 30 days. Disconnecting an Instagram account deletes its campaigns, logs and analytics. Billing records may be kept longer where tax law requires it. When we act on an account deletion request, we delete the remaining data except records the law requires us to keep.
Your Rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct or update it, or erase it; withdraw consent you have given; raise a grievance; and nominate someone to use these rights for you if you die or become unable to.
